Production builders work fast, and trades rotate through a project on tight schedules. Even on quality builds, inspectors routinely find missing flashing, improperly secured ductwork, unsealed penetrations, plumbing that wasn't fully tested, and electrical work that fails on first power-up.
We recommend two inspections on new construction: a pre-drywall walk and a final pre-close walk. We also offer 11-month inspections so issues are documented before the builder's first-year warranty expires.
